Welcome to Casa de Rada located in the Playas Gemelas Condominiums.
This charming beachfront Penthouse overlooks the golden sands and crystal blue waters of Vallarta's famed south shore. The views from the top are simply incredible. Step out of the elevator and you are seconds away from the sand.
The light and bright open floor plan features a great kitchen with pantry and cozy living room overlooking the beach, bay, and gardens!
The main floor master suite features stunning views, air conditioning, outdoor terrace and private bathroom with ample closet space. Washer and dryer are available in the condo.
Upstairs is a lovely sitting room overlooking the main floor and ocean. Also upstairs is a second bedroom complete with it's own air conditioner and bathroom.
The well-maintained complex includes: Secured entry, professional management, ample parking and three lovely pools surrounded by tropical gardens.
There is a turtle nursery on site and baby turtles are released most nights during season. The normal season is roughly September through January but varies depending on when they are ready to leave home.
This beautiful beachfront home sits on the northern beach of the Gemelas area. There is normally a great breeze but the unit is fully air conditioned as well.
This is a residential complex, NOT a hotel. Although we keep toiletries stocked there are no maid/concierge services on site. There is a small store next door to get essentials but a trip to town will likely be necessary for groceries. For stays longer than two weeks maid service is included every 7th day.
We typically do NOT rent a car but there are plenty available at the airport. You can UBER or use taxis to go anywhere you want very cheaply.
For the more adventurous the public bus runs every 15 minutes to town. It is currently 11 pesos per person. This is our main form of transportation while staying in the area. Detailed instructions are included in our welcome packet.
Unfortunately due to damages children under 16 are not allowed.
